She is a dedicated cosmetologist and the proud owner of Anne James Hair Co. in Homewood and Elite & Co. in Montevallo. With a passion for both the art of hair and the heart behind it, Leighanne is committed to empowering clients and mentoring fellow young stylists through every step of their journey. She find deep fulfillment in her career, but her greatest joy comes from being a wife and mom-roles that keep her grounded, inspired and grateful every day.

She is a skilled and passionate hairstylist specializing in blonding, extensions and curly hair. She is known for creating effortlessly beautiful looks that enhance each clients natural features and lifestyle.

Known for her bubbly and outgoing personality, she builds lasting connections with her clients through clear communication and genuine care. She takes pride in creating a welcoming environment where every guest feels heard, understood, and confident.

Skyler Turner

She’s all about those lived-in, dimensional blondes, natural color vibes, and seamless extensions that make you feel like that girl. She took a different route and did an apprenticeship instead of traditional hair school, so she’s been hands-on from the start and learned by doing. she loves creating hair that grows out like a dream and looks effortlessly soft, blended, and low-maintenance (but still sooo pretty).

Olivia Bentley

The kind of stylist who makes you laugh mid-foil and feel fabulous by the rinse bowl. With 7 years of experience, she’s your go-to for blonde blends, brunette richness, and extensions that turn heads (in the best way). She’s all about real talk, great hair, and making you feel like your best self.

Outside of the salon, you’ll find her hanging with her husband and their golden retriever, Lady -probably somewhere cozy with a coffee in hand. Good vibes, great hair, and zero judgment? You’re in the right chair.
